Room Cancellation:

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of booking and will be stated during the reservation process. Cancellations within 48 hours before arrival may result in forfeiture of deposits or full payment, depending on the offer or service booked.

Spa Cancellation:

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the start of your first appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. For group bookings of 4 or more people, we ask that 72 hours’ notice prior to the start of your first appointment is given in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation a full refund will be issued if our cancellation policy has been followed. Please note any refunds due will be processed within 14 working days.
